The PUMA BeatBot is programmed to run focusing on a lane while it act as a push for all runners aiming to beat their own time. Well, since humans get tired and you don’t always have the luxury to find a sprinting partner, this robot might just be the solution for you! I love this idea simply because it not only taps on technology to better our lives, its actually one step towards health technology. What emanates good spirit in the name of the Olympics? A sense of participation and challenge. This is seen in an unique yet engaging social heat lamp. With the help of MOST Creative Club, the Russian Olympic Committee created interesting heat lamps across Russia. People are free to approach the machine and be challenged to participate in several activities. In return, the lamp would generate heat at other lamps. In a way, you actually sweat it out to keep another party warm! Interesting idea that brings about bonding between people and of course, real fun!
