Fantastic. It has been a while i last posted and this has just got to be the post today. Brilliant execution by Wieden + Kennedy for FIFA 15, “Feel the Game”. As exciting as you might expect, one of their forte when it comes to long TV commercials with well articulated scenes of action. So much thrill, so interactive and highly engaging content. We see people’s exhilarated faces, disappointing faces, desperate moments of silent and the on-the-edge moment of scoring. So much excitement just like how you would expect when you are playing the game. Fantastic!
What happens when you pick the minds of very creative people and have them all rounded up cracking ideas for something zany? You get truly astounding work. The Art Director’s Club has since invigorated a huge following of creatives, creating brilliant ideas through creativity, design and experience. For Young Guns 12’ competition this year, three members of the Young Guns, Julia Neumann, Jordan Bruner, andJamie Carreiro proposed the ‘Reanimation Game’. Interestingly, it defies all norms of a typical game setup. Characters in the game they designed would never perish and instantly resumes in an entirely new visual setting as it plummet off dangerous structures. The styles are works by over 45 artists and effectively communicates the idea of a reanimation. Check out the game here.
Following the news of Samsung’s S4 mobile phone’s eye recognition, we are seeing more and more “eye catching” gadgets and devices. This is defintely another great way to play the game albeit i am not too sure if your eyes would get even more taxing from all the flickering!
OMG, this is extremely awesome! Being a gamer myself, I have yet to see one thats great on the specs and mobile at the same time. Not to mention it looks pretty sleek as well. In my opinion I think there is A repertoire of devices out there. But this definitely caught my attention. Digital gaming at it’s best.
